The One Health and Development Initiative (OHDI) has opened applications for its One Health Communications Internship Programme a six-month opportunity built to give emerging communications professionals hands-on experience in development communications, science communication, One Health risk communication, and public engagement.
Passionate about digital media, science communication, or creative design? This six-month remote internship lets you build a real portfolio while working on global One Health programmes and it’s open to applicants worldwide.

OHDI is a nonprofit organization advancing the One Health approach through research, policy, innovation, capacity strengthening, and program implementation. Their work spans antimicrobial resistance, animal welfare, sustainable food systems, health security, and environmental conservation among other critical global health areas.
This internship gives early-career communicators the chance to work directly alongside experienced professionals across OHDI’s diverse programmes and platforms, contributing to real communication projects rather than simulated exercises.
