Overview

The Think Visegrad Fellowship 2026 is open for non-V4 research experts in political science, international relations, and economics, offering up to eight fellowships.

Eligibility

• Open to experts from non-V4 countries (outside Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia)
• Preference for candidates with significant contributions; junior and mid-career researchers encouraged
• Previous fellows are ineligible to re-apply
• Research topics must align with the host institute's focus

Benefits

• Funding of €3,400 for all expenses
• Travel costs covered up to €500
• Duration from 6 to 8 weeks, with a minimum of 4 weeks in-person at host institute
• Opportunity to develop a policy paper and present research findings
