The African Computational Neuroscience Educational Initiative (ACNEI) is inviting applications for its 10-Day Introductory Online Training Program under the theme:
“Foundations of Computational Neuroscience for Young African Scholars.”
This unique program is designed to inspire and equip the next generation of African thinkers with foundational skills in neuroscience, computation, and data-driven problem solving.
Computational neuroscience is a rapidly growing interdisciplinary field that blends brain science, artificial intelligence, data science, and medicine. However, access to structured learning opportunities in this field remains limited across much of Africa. ACNEI aims to bridge this gap by democratizing access to high-quality training and preparing students for future careers in neuroscience and AI-related disciplines.
