Overview

The Erasmus Mundus Visiting Scholarships offer fully funded, short-term (2-4 week) placements for academics and policy professionals with a PhD to engage in teaching, research, and policy activities at top European institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD degree completed in social sciences, public policy, governance, political economy, or related fields.
• Proven academic, research, or policy practice experience relevant to public policy and governance.
• Open to academics and policy professionals of all nationalities.
• A detailed plan of how you intend to contribute to Mundus MAPP (e.g., through teaching, research discussions, thesis supervision, policy analysis tools training, or workshops).

Benefits

• €1,500 gross per week stipend.
• Up to €6,000 maximum total support for the entire visit.
• Additional benefits may vary by host institution.
