Young women aged 18-29 in Germany, France, and Spain are invited to apply for the Young Women’s Advisory Group, an initiative by the adidas Foundation aimed at making sport and physical activity more inclusive and accessible.

Eligibility

• Residents of Germany, France, or Spain.
• Women aged 18-29.
• Experience with or interest in sport.
• Experience working with, supporting, or caring about young people.
• Individuals with multicultural or migration backgrounds are encouraged.

• Covered travel, accommodation, and related costs for in-person meetings.
