Overview

The ARROW–AMwA Advocacy Institute 2026 (AAI) is a regional feminist leadership and advocacy programme designed for young feminist leaders (aged 18–35) from Africa, Asia, and the Pacific engaged in human rights, gender equality, and sexual and reproductive health.

Eligibility

Female or gender-diverse feminist-identifying individuals
Aged 18–35 years
At least 2 years of experience in human rights, gender equality, or SRHR advocacy
Affiliated with an organization aligned with progressive feminist values
National and resident of an eligible country in Africa, Asia, or the Pacific

Benefits

7-week online learning programme consisting of structured capacity-building webinars and mentorship
Small fellowship funding support for selected fellows
Implementation of real advocacy initiatives
