🔑 Role Overview

The Personal Banker will manage a portfolio of retail clients, delivering relationship-driven banking services and helping customers access financial products tailored to their needs.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Guide clients on loan applications (car loans, mortgages, personal loans, etc.)
• Conduct customer needs analysis to recommend suitable products
• Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities
• Manage client portfolios to maximize revenue and minimize risk
• Ensure customers understand account requirements and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a University Degree
