Overview

This program offers a transformative leadership initiative designed for nonprofit leaders navigating today’s social impact landscape.

Eligibility

• Nonprofit organizations must be a 501(c)(3) public charity or fiscally sponsored by one.
• Headquartered in Massachusetts.
• Conduct at least 75% of activities in Massachusetts.
• Maintain an operating budget between approximately $500,000 and $5 million.
• Demonstrate commitment to justice, belonging, and inclusive leadership.
• Leaders must serve as CEO, Executive Director, or Co-Director with at least 3 years in the role.
• 3–10 years of nonprofit executive leadership experience.
• Be a full-time resident of New England.

Benefits

Participants will receive a comprehensive package of financial, professional, and leadership support over a 15-month period, including:

• $75,000 organization grant: $25,000 for the Fellow’s well-being and $50,000 for organizational resilience.
• 50 hours of executive and organizational coaching.
• Approximately 16 days of cohort learning and leadership development.
• Access to a lifelong alumni network.
