Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000 monthly

Role Summary

The Brokers Sales Executive will manage leads from acquisition to conversion, ensuring smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging clients across multiple channels and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing strategies
Follow up on all assigned leads and ensure successful conversion
Handle B2B and B2C client interactions and transactions
Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and chats
Resolve client complaints and ensure satisfaction
Cross-sell financial products to existing and potential clients
Generate and source new leads through referrals and outreach
Maintain detailed client records and provide regular reports
Communicate feedback and issues for quick resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
1–3 years experience in a similar sales or client-facing role
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Problem-solving and customer service orientation
