About the Fellowship
The uLesson Builders Fellowship is a full-time leadership development programme that offers participants hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations, strategic project involvement, and executive mentorship.
Fellows will work across key business areas such as Product, Growth, Operations, and Strategy, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and contributing to impactful initiatives that drive business growth and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a uLesson Builders Fellow, you will:
• Participate in structured rotations across core business functions

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the uLesson Builders Fellowship Program, applicants must:
• Hold a First Class degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
• Have studied Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Show evidence of leadership, excellence, and initiative
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Be highly ambitious and aligned with uLesson’s mission
