Overview

Students pursuing careers in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can secure financial support through the SITA Bursary Scheme for the 2026 academic year. This initiative addresses critical skills shortages in the ICT sector while supporting students across South Africa.

Eligibility

• South African citizen
• Registered for second year (Year 2) of study in 2026
• Enrolled at a recognized public tertiary institution in South Africa
• Minimum average of 65% in first-year results
• Not receiving another bursary (no dual funding allowed)
