Overview

The Office of the Premier, Gauteng Provincial Government, has announced an internship opportunity for the position of Business Process Analysts Interns as part of its 2026 Internship Programme. This programme provides structured workplace exposure to unemployed graduates seeking practical experience in the public service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the analysis and documentation of business processes within government departments.
Assisting in identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
Participating in data collection and interpretation for service delivery enhancement.
Supporting system and workflow analysis within assigned units.
Assisting senior analysts and managers with project-related tasks.
Contributing to reports, presentations, and administrative documentation.

Requirements

Possession of an NQF Level 6, 7, 8, or 9 qualification in relevant fields such as Business Information Technology or Systems Analysis.
South African citizenship.
Residency in Gauteng Province.
Unemployed graduates.
No prior participation in a government internship programme.

Benefits

Interns will receive a stipend of R94,324.68 per annum for a fixed period of twenty-four (24) months.
