Overview

The Asia Foundation has opened applications for the LeadNext: Ambassadors for a Global Future 2026 program. This fully funded leadership initiative aims to empower emerging leaders aged 18–25 with skills and networks to navigate complex international challenges.

Eligibility

Age: 18–25 years at the start of the program
Language: Full proficiency in English
Availability: Commitment to 13 virtual sessions and a week-long in-person Global Leaders Summit
U.S. applicants must be citizens or permanent residents.
Asia-Pacific applicants must be from countries where The Asia Foundation operates and able to secure a U.S. visa.
