Eligibility

• Citizenship of a Sub-Saharan African country
• Residence outside the Russian Federation
• No affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers at the time of application
• Age requirement: 25 to 40 years
• Language requirement: Minimum English proficiency level of B2

Benefits

• A stipend of 30,000 rubles for the duration of the programme
