SALTO Participation and Information (SALTO PI) has launched a new call inviting qualified researchers, research teams, institutions, organizations, companies, and consortia to conduct the Cross-Sector Monitoring of the Participation in Democratic Life, Common Values and Civic Engagement Priority across the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes.
The assignment will focus on projects funded in 2025 and represents a continuation of the monitoring work undertaken between 2021 and 2024. Unlike previous monitoring cycles, this edition places a stronger emphasis on qualitative analysis, enabling researchers to go beyond data collection and generate evidence-based recommendations that can shape the future of European youth and civic participation programmes.

SALTO PI is looking for an experienced researcher or research team capable of conducting an in-depth cross-sector analysis of projects funded under the Participation Priority of Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps.
The successful applicant will examine trends, patterns, and relationships emerging from project data while producing practical policy recommendations and strategic insights that can strengthen future programme implementation.
The monitoring exercise aims to provide a deeper understanding of how projects contribute to democratic participation, civic engagement, and the promotion of common European values.
