    Overview

    New Incentives (NI-ABAE) offers career opportunities for qualified professionals in public health and development sectors, committed to increasing childhood vaccination rates across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    State Field Manager (SFM): The SFM will coordinate state-level operations, manage budgets, track KPIs, ensure compliance, lead project execution, and engage stakeholders.

    Human Resources Officer: This role includes coordinating recruitment, managing onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

    Requirements

    State Field Manager:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is an added advantage)
    • 3–5 years of relevant field experience
    • Strong leadership and budget management skills
    • Fluency in English (Hausa is highly desirable)
    • Ability to manage large teams under pressure

    Human Resources Officer:

    • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
    • 2–5 years of HR experience
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
    • Residency in North West Nigeria is preferred
    • Knowledge of Hausa and other local languages is an advantage
