CareOne Digital Hospitals is currently seeking to recruit high-performing and results-driven professionals for the role of State Growth Lead as part of its ambitious nationwide expansion strategy.

The organization aims to scale its operations from 17 locations to 100 hospitals across Nigeria by the end of 2026, and this role is critical to achieving that vision.

🌍 ROLE OVERVIEW:
The State Growth Lead will be responsible for driving market expansion within their assigned state. This includes identifying and acquiring hospital partners, building strategic relationships, and strengthening referral networks.

The role also focuses on expanding the reach and adoption of CareOne’s Right2Life products, ensuring increased access to quality healthcare solutions across communities.

📍 LOCATIONS:
Opportunities are available across all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), including:
Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara, and Abuja (FCT).

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive hospital acquisition and onboarding within the assigned state
• Develop and manage partnerships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Build and expand referral ecosystems to increase patient access
• Promote and scale the adoption of CareOne’s healthcare products and services
• Identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion strategies

💰 COMPENSATION:
The compensation structure includes a modest base salary combined with a high-performance incentive model, offering a monthly earning potential ranging from ₦1,000,000 to ₦5,000,000+, depending on performance outcomes.
