Key Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately respond to inbound messages via chat, addressing consumer questions or concerns regarding products or services.
• Maintain contextual conversations, utilizing predefined responses to ensure clear communication.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum accuracy of 97% in response handling.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence.
• Proficient typing skills and comfort with computer usage.
• Competence in using emojis appropriately in conversations.
• Strong grammatical, spelling, and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and responsible with adherence to a designated schedule.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $10 to $13 per hour, for up to 27 hours per week.
