Overview

The Fall 2026 Global Leaders Program is a paid, semester-long internship in Washington, D.C., for college students and recent graduates interested in public policy and leadership, organized by the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI).

Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to policymaking by working in Congressional offices and private sector organizations.
