Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of social listening research.
Develop methodologies, analyzing online narratives.
Produce insights that inform CIVICUS research outputs in 2026.
Deliver training sessions and ongoing technical support for CIVICUS staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in social listening and digital disinformation research.
Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Experience with digital tools for research and monitoring.
Background in democracy, elections, or civic space work.
Experience delivering training and capacity-building programs.
Experience with international civil society organizations, particularly in Global South contexts.
