Overview

This program offers a one-month virtual training to equip professionals with the knowledge and facilitation skills needed to lead engaging, science-based climate discussions using the En-ROADS Simulator.

Eligibility

The program is intended for individuals working with decision-makers across multiple sectors, including:

Government and public policy
Business and corporate sustainability
Higher education
Civil society organizations
Climate advocacy and nonprofit organizations

Applicants should:

Want to facilitate interactive climate workshops using the En-ROADS Simulator
Be interested in evidence-based climate engagement
Commit approximately 4–6 hours per week over one month
Attend weekly live Zoom sessions
Have intermediate English proficiency

No previous experience with En-ROADS is required.
