This opportunity offers a contract position for a Senior Research Specialist based in Africa, leading research initiatives for a YLabs project. The role involves driving high-impact research and strategic decision-making across sectors such as education and youth entrepreneurship.

Eligibility

Currently based in Africa
5 or more years of experience leading research studies, especially qualitative and mixed-methods
Proficient in research and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, NVivo)
Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is desirable

Benefits

This 12-month consultancy offers an annual gross compensation range of USD 35,460 to USD 55,896, based on qualifications and experience, paid monthly. Travel for field projects within the Africa region is expected.
