Overview

ICLEI Canada is seeking motivated professionals to join their Climate Resilience Team, focusing on innovative projects for climate adaptation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Data analysis, stakeholder engagement, research, and support for various climate adaptation programs.
• Assist with events, workshops, capacity-building resources, and local government climate planning.
• Maintain communication materials and support fundraising and proposal development.

Requirements

• University degree in environment, urban planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience in climate change or sustainability (2+ years for Project Assistant, 4+ years for Project Coordinator).
• Strong communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Eligible to work in Canada and able to travel.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually depending on the position.
• Contract options: 1-year and 2-year terms for various positions.
