This program offers two transformative international opportunities designed to empower democracy advocates, civil society organizations, governments, and community leaders working to strengthen participatory decision-making processes worldwide.

Eligibility

Applicants must demonstrate a partnership between government institutions and civil society organizations, a commitment to participatory democracy and community engagement, and an interest in climate-focused solutions.

• Open globally, with priority for applicants from Brazil, Indonesia, India, and Mexico.

Benefits

Selected participants will receive:

• Dedicated Mentorship: Work closely with experienced mentors from People Powered’s international network.
• Training and Workshops: Engage in live learning sessions, practical workshops, and peer learning groups.
• Participation Playbook: Access to a practical resource designed to aid participatory democratic processes.
• Funding Opportunities: A $10,000 grant for project implementation, with outstanding plans eligible for up to $25,000 in total funding.
