Overview

This program offers young leaders living in Germany the opportunity to participate in an intensive 1.5-year climate leadership and environmental justice initiative. Participants will empower themselves and their communities in climate action and sustainability efforts.

Young people aged 16–26
Individuals residing in Germany
Interests in environmental justice and sustainability
Climate activists and policy advocates

€300 monthly seed funding to support climate projects
Personalized mentoring and coaching
Professional training and workshops on skills development
International networking opportunities with climate activists
Participation in a Global Summit in Nigeria, scheduled for September 21–27, 2026
