    Job Summary

    Doria Feminist Fund is seeking a creative and politically grounded Communications Consultant to develop and implement a movement-centered campaign celebrating its five-year anniversary.

    The consultant will design a strategic communications plan, produce engaging digital content, and support community engagement activities to highlight Doria’s journey, impact, and lessons learned while reflecting feminist values and regional roots.

    Key Responsibilities

    Development of Communications Strategy and Campaign Plan

    • Design a comprehensive communications plan for June 2026, including campaign theme, storytelling approach, content calendar, platform strategy, and community engagement methods.

    Content Creation and Campaign Materials

    • Produce social media assets, animated videos, visual identity packages, and advocacy materials.
    • Develop storytelling pieces that highlight Doria’s journey, impact, and community voices.

    Support Community Engagement Activities

    • Plan and communicate virtual events, including session concepts, engagement ideas, and facilitation support.

    Deliverables

    • A one-month anniversary communications plan, content calendar, and messaging framework.
    • Creative campaign assets including social media posts, videos, and visual materials.
    • Community engagement toolkit and event support package.
    • Final compiled communications folder, content library, and reflection report.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic communications, advocacy campaigns, or related fields.
    • Proven experience working with feminist movements, women’s rights organizations, or social justice initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of feminist communication approaches, especially in the MENA region.
    • Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of French is an asset.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce digital campaigns, visual content, and advocacy materials.
