Key Responsibilities

Creating content for ICTJ’s digital platforms.
Supporting communications around events such as conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Producing promotional materials, live event content, and press releases.
Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics.
Translating complex reports and policy briefs into accessible formats.
Designing visual content such as infographics and digital assets.
Drafting website articles and programme highlights.
Assisting with proofreading and formatting publications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent writing and editing abilities.
Experience creating content for development or human rights projects.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong interest in transitional justice and governance issues.
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, or Arabic is desirable.
