Key Responsibilities
- Writing and editing content for websites, newsletters, reports, and marketing materials
- Producing social media content and digital campaigns
- Managing communications calendars and content schedules
- Coordinating with internal program teams
- Supporting outreach and public engagement efforts
- Developing messaging and communications plans
- Creating and publishing social media content
- Monitoring audience engagement
- Tracking campaign performance and analytics
- Overseeing the development of visual communications products
- Social media graphics, flyers, brochures, event signage, presentation materials, newsletters, reports
- Identifying and sharing stories that demonstrate workforce development success
Requirements
- Three or more years of communications-related experience
- Experience in marketing, journalism, public affairs, digital media, or nonprofit communications
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Social media management experience
- Graphic design expertise
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
