    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns
    • Advise stakeholders on messaging, engagement, and communication channels
    • Monitor and evaluate communication impact
    • Produce high-quality content: press releases, blogs, social media posts, scripts
    • Develop visual content such as videos and infographics
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging
    • Build partnerships with governments, NGOs, media, and international organizations
    • Manage media relations and external communications
    • Identify collaboration opportunities
    • Create compelling narratives and human-interest stories
    • Highlight project impact through case studies
    • Promote success stories internally and externally
    • Participate in field missions, conferences, and training
    • Support donor engagement and funding communications
    • Stay updated on communication trends and law enforcement developments

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) in a relevant field or a Master’s degree is an advantage
    • Minimum 3 years in communications (international or government settings preferred)
    • Proven experience in campaigns, advocacy, and strategy
    • Strong media and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills
    • Strategic thinking and creativity
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills
