Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns
- Advise stakeholders on messaging, engagement, and communication channels
- Monitor and evaluate communication impact
- Produce high-quality content: press releases, blogs, social media posts, scripts
- Develop visual content such as videos and infographics
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Build partnerships with governments, NGOs, media, and international organizations
- Manage media relations and external communications
- Identify collaboration opportunities
- Create compelling narratives and human-interest stories
- Highlight project impact through case studies
- Promote success stories internally and externally
- Participate in field missions, conferences, and training
- Support donor engagement and funding communications
- Stay updated on communication trends and law enforcement developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) in a relevant field or a Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years in communications (international or government settings preferred)
- Proven experience in campaigns, advocacy, and strategy
- Strong media and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills
