    Overview

    The Compensation & People Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Quantum Health's pay-for-performance philosophy through data analytics, reporting, and compensation administration. This position is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, maintaining compensation and incentive reporting, administering commission and bonus calculations, and providing analytical insights to support compensation decisions across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the administration of annual merit, bonus, and incentive compensation programs.
    • Calculate commissions, quarterly incentives, and bonus payouts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan documents.
    • Audit compensation data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
    • Partner with Payroll to validate compensation-related payments.
    • Support market pricing activities and compensation analysis.
    • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for compensation, workforce, and HR metrics.
    • Develop automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into workforce trends and compensation programs.
    • Analyze workforce, compensation, and incentive data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
    • Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus calculations.
    • Identify opportunities to automate manual compensation and reporting processes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership or business needs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or business analytics.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex formulas.
    • Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
