Overview
MSI Nigeria is seeking a Contact Centre Agent fluent in Hausa to manage client communications and provide confidential advice and information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and reproductive health information to clients.
- Document clients’ concerns, feedback, and complaints accurately.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with clients post-service.
- Send appointment reminders before scheduled visits.
- Refer callers to appropriate MSI clinics and schedule appointments.
- Maintain knowledge of MSI products and services.
- Conduct client experience follow-ups for quality improvement.
- Route queries to relevant internal teams and escalate critical issues.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications effectively.
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Follow the monthly duty schedule, including shift operations.
Requirements
- Degree or higher educational qualification in Nursing/Midwifery or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of post-NYSC experience.
- Fluency in Hausa with strong written communication skills.
- Experience in service/healthcare settings is an advantage.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and messages.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in health or non-profit sectors.
