Overview

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting Operations team during a period of hiring growth. The role involves high-volume interview scheduling, administrative coordination, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of interviews across various teams and time zones.
- Manage complex calendars quickly and accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
- Proactively confirm candidate availability and align interview panels.
- Adapt to schedule changes and keep all parties informed.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Ashby).
- Send interview confirmations, agendas, and necessary materials to candidates.
- Open and manage job-specific Slack channels for alignment.
- Track interviewer participation in shadow and reverse-shadow programs.
- Support accurate data entry and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional when handling confidential information.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred).
- Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
