💼 ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Finance Specialist will play a key role in delivering high-level financial insights, supporting strategic transactions, and driving sustainable business growth. This position requires deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment, along with the ability to handle complex financial projects.

🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and enhance detailed financial models and forecasts
• Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Lead financial due diligence and identify value-creation opportunities
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry data
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and investment strategies
• Participate in structuring complex transactions, including international financing and loan syndications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance frameworks

🎓 REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
• Solid understanding of Nigerian banking regulations (CBN, NDIC, SEC, Basel)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Professional Certifications (at least one required):
• CFA (highly preferred)
• ACA / ACCA
• FRM / FMVA (added advantage)
