Street Child Germany e.V. is offering a high-impact leadership role as Country Manager Germany, focused on transforming lives through education.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and position the organization as a trusted non-profit in Germany.
• Drive visibility, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Board on strategy, governance, and risk.
• Develop and execute Germany’s fundraising strategy.
• Lead grant applications and donor reporting.
• Build relationships with foundations, corporates, and philanthropists.
• Oversee finance, HR, administration, and compliance.
• Manage and support the fundraising team.
• Coordinate with the international network.

Requirements

• Must reside in Germany (travel to Munich required if remote).
• Strong alignment with the organization’s mission.
• Native-level German and strong English proficiency.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
• Experience in German fundraising is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of institutional donors and familiarity with German non-profit law.
