    Roles and Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing

    As an Environmental Education Programmes Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful programmes. Your responsibilities will span leadership, programme development, monitoring, and partnerships.

    1. Programme Leadership and Management

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of all education and environmental programmes

    • Supervise a multidisciplinary team including programme coordinators and managers

    • Ensure programmes align with EduSpots’ mission of community-led development

    2. Environmental and Sustainability Education Oversight

    • Integrate sustainability and environmental education into learning programmes

    • Support initiatives in STEM, literacy, early childhood, and environmental awareness

    • Ensure inclusive and accessible programme delivery across communities

    3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

    • Track programme performance and outcomes

    • Develop reporting systems for internal and external stakeholders

    • Use data to improve programme quality and impact

    4. Training and Capacity Building

    • Facilitate training for volunteers and educators

    • Develop educational resources such as curricula, guides, and toolkits
