    Overview

    Diversity Talent Management Limited is urgently seeking qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service & Acquisition Agent (MVNO) across all states in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Driving customer acquisition and promoting SIM cards, data plans, and value-added services at designated Point-of-Sale locations.
    • Onboarding new customers and facilitating app downloads.
    • Performing SIM registration (KYC) and activations.
    • Providing basic customer support.
    • Consistently meeting sales and activation targets.
    • Engaging with customers in various customer-facing activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in sales, retail, telecoms, or customer service is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
    • Proficiency with smartphones or POS devices.
