Overview

This program offers a 12-month Cybersecurity Learnership as part of Anglo American’s International Cybersecurity Early Careers Programme, aimed at developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through structured learning and hands-on training.

Eligibility

Be at least 18 years old
Have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
Demonstrate a strong interest in cybersecurity or information security
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Have strong communication and teamwork abilities
Be capable of learning new technologies quickly
Have strong written and spoken English skills

The programme is designed for entry-level candidates with no prior professional cybersecurity experience, making it suitable for school leavers or early-career individuals.
