Overview

Jhpiego is seeking a Data Analyst to conduct a gender analysis as part of a Global Fund – Technical Assistance project, focusing on ensuring gender responsiveness in healthcare strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify factors influencing access to and utilization of integrated Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (SRMNCAH), HIV, TB, and malaria (HTM) services.
• Document actionable opportunities for strengthening the design and delivery of integrated healthcare interventions.
• Assess roles, capacities, and coordination gaps among key stakeholders affecting effective service integration.
• Deliver specific outputs including a codebook, frequency tables, and a study report.

Requirements

• MSc in Sociology, MPH, or Medical/Health Sciences Research.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Prior experience in Gender Analysis and related maternal health programs.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
