Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support routine data quality audits by reviewing source documents and validating reported data.
• Maintain proper archival systems for source documents to ensure accessibility.
• Track distribution and usage of data collection tools (DCTs).
• Support commodity consumption reconciliation processes.
• Assist in training service providers on data tools and provide on-the-job mentoring.
• Contribute to performance reviews and assist with routine reporting for data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in health information systems within government or NGO settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ODK, Kobo Collect, and DHIS2.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and knowledge of local communities and languages.

Benefits

This position offers part-time work requiring 13 working days per month, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Location

The role is available across multiple states in Nigeria, including Abia, Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara.
