The African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) has issued a call for expressions of interest from qualified developers across its member states to support the development of a new Learning Management System (LMS) aimed at strengthening its online education and training capabilities.
The procurement notice, published on 19 June 2026 under reference number ATIN: 2026/06/LMS/07, forms part of ARIPO’s broader commitment to advancing intellectual property (IP) education and capacity building across Africa in line with its 2022–2026 Strategic Plan.
ARIPO said the proposed Learning Management System will serve as a key platform for delivering online educational programmes, professional training, and intellectual property awareness initiatives to stakeholders throughout its member states.
The organisation is seeking experienced developers and consultancy experts with a proven track record in designing and implementing modern digital learning solutions. Successful consultants will be expected to contribute to the development of a robust and user-friendly system capable of supporting ARIPO’s growing educational and training requirements.
