Global humanitarian organization CARE International is recruiting a Roving Change and Deployment Manager to support major organizational transformation initiatives across the East and Southern Africa region. The full-time position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, with the possibility of supporting operations in Nairobi, Kenya, and other CARE country offices.
The role sits within CARE USA’s Transformation Team and will play a key part in implementing high-priority global projects, particularly the rollout of a new Supply Chain and Finance Platform across multiple country offices during 2026 and 2027.
