Position Overview

The Roving Change and Deployment Manager will help ensure that country offices successfully adopt new systems, business processes, and organizational changes.

Approximately 10–20% travel is expected to support country offices during project implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Change and Deployment Implementation

The successful candidate will:

Develop and facilitate country-level change and deployment plans
Conduct change impact assessments to localize implementation strategies
Build understanding of new systems and business processes
Identify implementation risks and coordinate mitigation measures
Support transition from project rollout to business-as-usual operations

Training country and regional teams in CARE’s change management methodology

Supporting Organizational Transformation

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

A Master’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, organizational development, change management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of practical experience managing large-scale transformational change initiatives
Fluency in English
Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating major business process and systems changes
Proven ability to influence stakeholders within complex matrix organizations
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Experience analyzing complex challenges and driving solutions through stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications
