Digital Skills Associate Project Manager @Apply Before 12 April 2026

Overview

The Smart Africa Alliance is hiring a SAMA Digital Skills Associate Project Manager to support the implementation of digital skills initiatives under its flagship Smart Africa Markets for All (SAMA) programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital skills initiatives
• Coordinate training programmes across participating countries
• Provide technical support for training design and delivery
• Align content with emerging skills such as digital literacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data and entrepreneurship skills
• Ensure inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized youth
• Track programme performance indicators and learning outcomes
• Engage implementing and training partners
• Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Information Technology, Digital Education, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years in digital skills programmes or training initiatives
• Experience with e-learning platforms or digital academies
• Strong background in monitoring and evaluation of training outcomes
• Fluency in English and French
