    Overview

    This program offers a comprehensive creative and professional development experience through the Day of the African Child 2026 Digital Campaign, designed to elevate the voices and experiences of young people across West and Central Africa.

    Eligibility

    Applicants must:

    • Be young activists or digital content creators
    • Be active on social media or willing to engage in digital storytelling
    • Have interest in advocacy, especially around WASH issues
    • Be available for training and campaign participation

    Benefits

    Applicants will receive:

    • Free Mobile Journalism Training, including techniques in mobile storytelling, smartphone video production, ethical reporting, and social media content publishing.
    • Digital Content Creation Support to produce reels, POV storytelling, advocacy narratives, and impactful social media campaigns.
    • Regional Visibility through exposure across digital platforms and recognition within youth and development networks.

    How to Apply

    Interested applicants must complete a short online form, which takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The form collects personal information, country and city of residence, contact details (email and WhatsApp), and basic demographic data. Applicants must be from one of the following countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo.
