Overview

Applications are open for the 15th set of the MTNF/MUSON Diploma Course in Music for the 2020-2021 academic year. The MUSON School of Music is equipped to meet international standards in music education.

Eligibility

Applicants must possess a minimum of:

General Certificate of Education (G.C.E) Ordinary Level with credit in at least five subjects including English Language, OR
Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) with credits in at least five subjects including English Language.

The five credits must have been obtained in not more than two sittings and before admission to the diploma course.

Additional Requirements:

Practical: Grade five (5) or higher pass certificate from The MUSON School of Music or a recognized examining body (e.g., Associated Board of the Royal School of Music, Trinity).
Theory: Grade five (5) or higher pass certificate from The MUSON School of Music or a recognized examining body.

Note: Applicants with practical ability but deficient in theory may be considered but must enroll in a remedial theory course.
