Overview
The European Council's pilot scheme offers employment opportunities for persons with recognized disabilities as contract agents within the institution. This initiative is part of the Council’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2030.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work as contract agents contributing to the Council’s work across various departments and policy areas, potentially in roles such as Administrators, Assistants, or Secretaries/Clerks.
- Administrators: Advising on EU policies, supporting decision-making, managing projects, conducting research, translating documents, coordinating activities.
- Assistants: Providing financial and administrative support, coordinating processes, drafting documents, managing workflow.
- Secretaries/Clerks: Handling administrative and secretarial tasks, document management, organizing meetings, supporting various teams.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a recognized disability.
- Meet eligibility requirements outlined in the official call.
- Demonstrate professional skills for the selected function group.
- Register through the EU Survey platform.
Experience in public administration, law, policy, communication, IT, finance, translation, or project management is encouraged.
