The Education Changemakers Program 2026 (Cohort 3) is a highly competitive, fully funded leadership initiative designed to empower young African leaders working in the education sector.

This program offers a unique opportunity for educators, innovators, policymakers, and advocates across Africa to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and scale their impact in education.

Eligibility

The program is open to young African leaders aged 18–35 who are actively engaged in the education sector. Eligible applicants include:

Teachers and educators
School leaders (e.g., head teachers)
Social entrepreneurs
EdTech innovators
NGO leaders
Researchers
Policymakers
Education advocates
