Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in workplace or organisational investigations
• Strong skills in research, evidence analysis, and interviewing
• Ability to produce clear reports and advise managers on employee relations issues
• Preferred: formal training in workplace investigations, experience in global organisations
