Overview
Ramp is seeking Executive Assistants to partner with senior leaders across the company. The role plays a critical part in helping executives operate effectively by creating focus, removing friction, anticipating needs, and ensuring important work progresses in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to manage time, priorities, and daily execution.
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars, navigating frequent changes and competing priorities.
- Handle executive inboxes, triaging communications and ensuring timely attention to important matters.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel based on efficiency and executive preferences.
- Plan and execute meetings, offsites, events, and working sessions.
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of executives as necessary.
- Ensure alignment and follow-through across internal and external stakeholders.
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, prompting executives as needed.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
- Handle sensitive information with exceptional discretion.
- Identify inefficiencies and create systems or workflows to improve speed and organization.
- Utilize AI and modern tools to streamline work processes.
- Continuously look for ways to anticipate needs and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and multiple high-priority workstreams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying and driving forward necessary actions.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern collaboration tools.
- Experience with AI and automation to improve workflows.

Location
This role is based in Ramp's New York City office, with a default expectation of being in the office at least three days a week.
