Overview

The ITR Fellowship 4.0 is a transformative virtual program designed to empower young Africans with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities required to become impactful leaders and change-makers in their communities.

Eligibility

• Must be an African (from any country within the continent)
• Must be between 18 and 30 years old
• Must have proficiency in speaking and understanding English
• Must have little or no prior experience in community development
• Must be available and willing to commit to the full 8-week duration of the fellowship
• Must maintain at least 85% attendance to qualify for graduation, mentorship, and internship opportunities
• Must demonstrate strong motivation and willingness to contribute to social change and innovation
