The Huduma Fellowship is open to applications, offering a transformative opportunity for early-career professionals in Uganda’s public and civic sectors. Designed to nurture ethical, effective, and forward-thinking leaders, the programme equips participants with the skills, values, and networks needed to strengthen public service and drive meaningful change.

Eligibility

• Ugandan nationals or residents aged 22–35
• Currently working in government, civil service, non-profit organizations, civil society, or other civic institutions
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and public service
